Appointments

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrival could result in shortened treatment time, although they will be charged at full price

Cancellations

To cancel or change an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required, otherwise a 50% charge may be implemented

Courses

All courses must be paid in full at time of booking and completed within 6 months and are non-refundable

Gift Vouchers

Available for treatments and products and are non-refundable. They must be produced at the time of your treatment

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase

Monday: 9am-4pm
Tuesday: 12-6pm
Wednesday: 4-7pm
Thursday: 9am-5pm
Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday 9am-5pm
Sunday 11am-3pm

Mobile Phones

We ask that all phones are turned off for your total relaxation

Pamper Evenings

We cater for group bookings such as pamper evenings or hen parties

A 10% discount is offered OR a free treatment for the organiser or hen

Payment

We accept cash, cheques with a guarantee card and all major credit and debit cards
