We routinely offer skin analysis events which are run by the International Institute of Anti-Ageing (IIAA)
Your skin will be analysed with one of the most technologically advanced skin analysis systems available today
The analysis machine is a computerised photo imaging system which works by taking a series of photographs of your face and the microscopically examines key areas of your skin
Taking into account your age and lifestyle, the Skin Analysis Computer gives you a score for key factors relating to your skin’s condition and appearance
It will also accurately show you areas of sun damage, hyper-pigmentation, capillary damage, wrinkles and blocked pores
Jane, our resident Environ® skin facialist, along with the skin analysis advisor will identify goals for treatment, offer solutions to overcome niggling complexion concerns, with the aim of taking years off your appearance without having to go under the knife
We will be able to prescribe the appropriate salon and home care products for your skin condition to improve areas of concern, along with dietary and lifestyle advice which are aimed at given you a clearer, more radiant, even toned, smoother and less lined skin
Skin analysis advice can point out areas of concern and let you see what your skin will look like in 5 years time
Clients pay a return visit in 3-6 months time which and the skin will be analysed again, when improvements are graded by comparing a new set of visuals with the originals

Last week I was lucky enough to visit Beauty By Nicole in Kensington where I had the pleasure of meeting beauty therapist, Nicole Fenton and skin analyst, Claire Wilkinson. I was instantly made to feel very welcome and comfortable as they provided me with a selection of delicious nibbles and tea and talked me through the process I was about to experience.
Claire is an anti-ageing expert from The International Institute for Anti-Ageing which is a leading educational organisation. It is also home to Environ Skin Care, jane iredale mineral cosmetics and the Advanced Nutrition Programme. She used Visia imaging technology to capture information about my skin and assess my problem areas. Having always been quite lucky with my skin, I have never really spent a lot of time looking after it. For most of my adult life I have been a quick cleanse, tone and moisturise girl so was very intrigued to see the results.
The machine’s camera takes a series of images which reveal the extent of your capillary and sun damage, brown pigmentation, blemishes, scars, wrinkles and even congested pores. It analyses your skin, above and below the surface and gives you an overall score. After three months you are invited back to have further pictures taken and compare them, along with your new score, to see how your skin has improved.
Having the pictures taken was painless and over in a matter of seconds and then for the oh so interesting part. I found the images and explanations absolutely fascinating and incredibly eye opening. Luckily enough my skin was above average on the scale for women my age but it was still quite shocking to see the damage I had caused by my partying and sun bed years.

Claire also showed me pictures of my skin as it is now, how it would be in five years if I continued the diet and skincare routine I currently have and how it could look in five years if I used Environ products and supplements from the Advanced Nutrition Programme. The difference was clear.

After we had finished going through all of the images, Claire and Nicole took the time to talk me through the products they suggested I use. Changing my routine from three to nearly ten products will take some getting used to but I am more than willing to give it a go if it means plumper, less lined and more hydrated skin. What I loved about this process was that these two lovely ladies were so passionate about the fact that beautiful skin doesn’t have to come from surgical procedures. By tweaking a few things in your diet, life style and skincare routine, you can change your complexion for the better and look years younger.
